Abhishek Sood is the founder of Local Sites Pro, a local-website builder whose site describes him as a pay-per-call marketer running more than 100 local sites.[3] He is the creator of LeadsXPro, a paid local-SEO and pay-per-call training system whose page describes him as a blogger turned web developer specialising in programmatic SEO and micro-SaaS since 2016.[4] His Skool profile describes him as building LocalSites.Pro and BulkIndexer.net, and lists a free Local Sites Pro community with 840 members and a members-only LeadsXPro group.[5] He also publishes a free eight-video YouTube course, "$0-$1000/m With Pay per call affiliate", on earning from pay-per-call offers with rank-and-rent local sites.[6] His products are described on the tools and communities pages.

Adam Young

Adam Young is the founder and chief executive of Ringba, according to CB Insights and to his Digital Summit speaker profile.[1][7] The profile states that he has spent his career bootstrapping companies in and around performance marketing and created what it calls the pay-per-call industry's fastest-growing call-tracking and analytics platform.[7] In an Everflow fireside chat he describes Ringba as specialising in call tracking and trading with an emphasis on real-time bidding, and argues that human-to-human conversations remain essential in sectors such as healthcare and insurance.[8] Ringba's blog publishes the Pay Per Call Report series.[9]

Alexander Shkarupa

REPORTED Alexander (Alex) Shkarupa is vice-president of operations at MarketCall, according to a June 2026 AffLift interview summary, which states that he joined the network ten years earlier as an affiliate manager, became head of affiliates, and now runs both the affiliate department and a seven-person in-house media-buying team.[2] The summary reports his view that the verticals most publishers chase are saturated or need more budget than beginners expect, and that compliance is more nuanced than most networks admit.[2]

Jason Kay

REPORTED Jason Kay is listed by CB Insights as chief executive of Retreaver, the call-tracking platform founded in 2012.[1] Retreaver's own site does not name its leadership on the pages reviewed.[10]

Kevin De Vincenzi

Kevin De Vincenzi is the founder and chief executive of Rapid Response Marketing, a performance-marketing agency established in 1998 and headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, which describes him by the industry nickname "The ClickFather".[11] The agency states that it pioneered inbound call campaigns from 2003 and that its pay-per-call division works with more than 11,000 partners and handles more than 200,000 calls a month, across insurance, legal, home services, financial and healthcare.[11] The research brief for this site associated him with OfferVault; the public sources reviewed place him at Rapid Response Marketing, and any OfferVault role is not recorded here.

Matthew Zivkovic

REPORTED Matthew Zivkovic of Lead Smart is named as the person who runs the Pay Per Call Academy community on Skool, which had about 1,900 members when reviewed.[12] Lead Smart's own site does not name its executives on the pages reviewed.[13]

Scott Thompson

Scott Thompson is founder and chief executive of Astoria Company, according to the company's about page, which also names Adnan Nazir, Ryan Thompson and Sushil Shakya in its leadership.[14]

UNKNOWN Founders and executives of Aragon Advertising, HyperTarget Marketing, eLocal, Palo, ClickDealer, RingPartner, Digital Market Media and Digital Media Solutions are not listed because their company pages do not name them on the pages reviewed.[15][16][17]
