A pay-per-call network aggregates buyers, sets payout rules, recruits publishers and handles payment; Business of Apps notes that most pay-per-call programmes are found inside such specialist networks.[1] This index lists the networks named in public rankings and directories, with a profile page for each. Founding years and headquarters are shown only where the company's own site states them; rows marked UNKNOWN mean the company does not say.

REPORTED mThink's 2026 Blue Book ranking, produced from an annual survey of more than 20,000 performance marketers weighted with an expert panel and the publisher's own research across more than 400 networks, lists seventeen pay-per-call networks in this order: Aragon Advertising, CJ, Marketcall, GlobalWide Media, Lead Smart Inc, HyperTarget Marketing, Perform[cb], CallX, PX, RingPartner, Astoria Company, ClickDealer, InterG Media, Visiqua, RexConnects, CallerReady and WeCall.[26] REPORTED Ringba's September 2021 Pay Per Call Report, using OfferVault market data, ranked Lead Smart, HyperTarget Marketing, eLocal, Aragon Advertising and MarketCall as the top five networks and stated that all five were Ringba customers.[27] OfferVault ran a survey in 2026 for a new ranking whose results had not been published in citable form as of 10 September 2026.[28] Business of Apps names Aragon Advertising, MarketCall, ClickDealer, PX (ReviMedia), OfferVault and Goojibear as reliable networks and lists Palo, RingPartner, Digital Market Media and eFax offers in its payout table.[1]

Marketplaces

A call marketplace differs from a network in that buyers bid for calls in real time rather than subscribing to fixed offers.[29][30] Ringba's Ring Tree is described by the vendor as a private real-time bidding marketplace connected to large call buyers, Retreaver routes calls to the highest-bidding buyer, and CallScaler sells an auction add-on; these are described on the Software page.[31][32][29] Rapid Response Marketing, an agency rather than a network, states that its pay-per-call division works with more than 11,000 partners; it is described on the People page under its founder.[33]

What a publisher should ask a network

AffNinja's checklist for a publisher joining an offer asks for the exact qualified-call rules: duration, state, hours, age, duplicate window, consent requirements and allowed traffic sources.[34] Business of Apps adds commission rate, attribution window and referral bonus as points of comparison, and suggests a starting commission of at least US$15 per fixed lead as the minimum to expect.[1]

UNKNOWN RexConnects and WeCall appear in mThink's 2026 ranking but have no profile because their sites could not be retrieved; Triad Media, 33 Mile Radius and Millennium Professional Services appear in older rankings but have no citable company page yet.[26][27]
