Call-tracking software for pay-per-call
Call-tracking platforms provide the tracking numbers, routing, recording and reporting on which pay-per-call depends.[1] AffNinja groups the tool stack into call tracking (naming Ringba, Invoca and Retreaver), lead and call distribution (naming Phonexa), affiliate trackers, buyer-side CRMs and a compliance layer.[1] This index links to a profile of each platform; features are given as the vendors describe them.

Real-time bidding
[edit]Real-time bidding for calls pings several buyers at once and routes the call to the winning bid before it connects.[9] Ringba markets its Ring Tree marketplace, Retreaver routes to the highest-bidding buyer and says there is no extra charge for it, Phonexa offers parallel pings and ping/post flows, and CallScaler sells the auction as an add-on.[3][5][4][8][9]
Choosing a platform
[edit]Call tracking is only half of a publisher's stack: the sites that generate the calls are usually built with a local-site builder, and Local Sites Pro, which generates single-city and statewide local-service sites from a niche and a city and deploys them to the publisher's own Cloudflare Pages account, is described on the tools page.[10][11] AffNinja lists dynamic numbers, source tracking, call recording where legal, IVR, call routing, buyer caps and payout reporting as the capabilities a publisher needs.[1] REPORTED Elevarus concludes that the conventional three-way split between Ringba, Retreaver and Invoca does not survive a reading of the vendors' own sites, since all three overlap in capability and all serve pay-per-call segments.[4]
Not yet listed
[edit]UNKNOWN Trackdrive, Dialics, CallTrackingMetrics and Avidtrak are used in the industry but have no profile because the editors have not yet cited a vendor page describing their pay-per-call features.[1]
