Rank and rent
Main article: Rank and rent at rankandrent.wiki
Rank and rent is a publisher method in which a website is built and ranked in search results for a niche and a city, and then rented to a local business for a recurring monthly fee or sold outright.[1] In pay-per-call, the phone number on such a site can instead be routed to a pay-per-call buyer, so that the publisher is paid per qualified call rather than per month.[1][2] Local Sites Pro, a site-building tool whose founder describes himself as a pay-per-call marketer running more than 100 local sites, states typical rental earnings of US$50 to US$100 per month per site.[1]
