Phonexa is an integrated pay-per-call and pay-per-lead software suite, based in Glendale, California, that says it provides granular insight into inbound calls and leads for buyers, publishers and affiliate networks.[1] Its call product, Call Logic, handles call tracking and distribution, and its lead product, LMS Sync, handles lead tracking and distribution.[1]

Features and positioning

[edit]

Phonexa supports several call-distribution flows, including routing by price, priority and weight, parallel pings to the highest price or to all buyers, ping/post and even distribution.[1] The wider suite includes email and SMS delivery, a cloud phone system, click tracking, suppression-list management, behaviour analytics, automated accounting, AI call agents and a compliance and fraud product called ValidRecord.[1] AffNinja names Phonexa as the example of lead and call distribution software in the pay-per-call tool stack.[2]
