Ringba is an inbound call-tracking and analytics platform for marketers, brands and pay-per-call, according to its own description.[3] REPORTED CB Insights lists the company as founded in 2016 and based in Dover, Delaware, with Adam Young as founder and chief executive.[1] Young describes it as a call-tracking and trading platform built around real-time bidding technology.[6]
Features and positioning
[edit]Ringba's site lists call tracking with automated call flow and performance-based routing, an interactive voice response system for pre-qualifying callers, a real-time bidding marketplace branded Ring Tree that connects to large call buyers, a white-label option for networks and agencies, a caller-data enrichment feature called Instant Caller Profile, availability in more than 60 countries, and an open API.[3] REPORTED Elevarus, an independent comparison, reports monthly plan fees of US$147 for the Business tier and US$297 for the Professional tier, with per-minute charges of about US$0.05 to US$0.055 for tracking, US$0.005 to US$0.01 for recording and US$0.035 to US$0.04 for transcription, and notes that auction features are gated to higher tiers.[4]
Ringba publishes the Pay Per Call Report, a series using OfferVault market data; in September 2021 it stated that all five of the top-ranked networks were Ringba customers.[5] Digital Summit's speaker profile describes Young as having bootstrapped companies in and around performance marketing and as the creator of the pay-per-call industry's fastest-growing call-tracking platform, a characterisation that is the company's own.[2]
