Health and addiction treatment pay-per-call
Health and addiction treatment covers calls to treatment centres, medical providers and related services.[1][2] MarketCall lists rehab as one of its six categories, eLocal names medical services among its five verticals, and Rapid Response Marketing lists healthcare among its core areas.[1][2][3]
Why calls rather than forms
[edit]AffNinja identifies healthcare and senior care as categories in which advertisers still value phone calls, and cites lead conversion rates of 40 percent in healthcare and 41 percent in senior care from Invoca's benchmark.[4] Adam Young of Ringba names healthcare and insurance as sectors in which human-to-human interaction remains essential.[5]
Rules and compliance
[edit]Invoca lists HIPAA compliance with business-associate agreements among its certifications, which platforms serving health-related buyers cite because call recordings and transcripts can contain health information.[6] Call recording is also subject to the state consent rules on the regulation page.[7]
UNKNOWN State patient-brokering laws that restrict payment for referrals to addiction-treatment providers are not described here because the editors have not yet verified them against the statutes; the question is tracked on the What we do not know page.[4]
What is not known
[edit]UNKNOWN No source reviewed publishes payout ranges for rehab or medical calls, and the 2021 OfferVault category ranking did not place a health category in its top five.[8]
